A Vibrant Transformation in Just One Month

Mondolfo Interior Design was tasked with reimagining a former San Francisco-style hamburger joint into a lively, high-energy taco and tequila destination—all within a tight one-month timeline. The goal was to infuse the space with warmth, color, and culture, creating an inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements the vibrancy of Mexican cuisine.

This project was a study in boldness and transformation. We embraced a philosophy of contrast—taking a dark, outdated space and turning it into an immersive, energetic dining experience. The use of vibrant hues, playful lighting, and custom artwork was key to capturing the festive essence of a true taco and tequila bar.
